Tiny Tea disclaimer

This tea mix has strong antioxidants with research claiming to aid diabetic health, brain function, liver and kidney function restore proper body weight and strengthen the immune system.

Purchase all ingredients in powder form not course ground. Mix the following ingredients in a large bowl. Heat one gallon of distilled water to just below boiling and add one cup of the following tea mix. Simmer for at least one hour preferably three or four hours. Never install the tea in boiling water or let the water boil after adding the tea. Boiling water destroys the antioxidants and destroys the tea's healthy properties making it little better than water.

Let the tea mix settle so the powders settle to the bottom of the pan then pour into a container using a screen strainer. Do not worry about getting some of the tea solids through the strainer as they are good for you and only increase the tea's potency. Refrigerate or store at room temperature. If not refrigerated I do not know its shelf life, but I consume it in three or four days. I prefer it at room temperature, but you can consume it cold, or heat it to your liking. CAUTION: Do not boil or consume extra hot, as at hot temperatures it is not healthy for your body. If it burns the mouth it is too hot. As said above boiling destroys its health properties.

Drink two or more cups daily.

Add or diminish the Cinnamon and Stevia according to your taste preference.

Astragalus Tea 3 cups
Green Tea 1 cup
Yerba Matte Tea 1 cup
Rooibos Tea 1 cup
Vietnamese Cinnamon 3/4 cup
Stevia 3/4 cup
Mormon Tea 1/2 cup

I cannot make a claim as to whether this tea will benefit you but it has lowered my blood glucose and is greatly diminishing my diabetes increasing my overall health including weight loss. As of this date of April 15, 2008 I have experimented with various mixes of this tea for four months. Four months ago my glucose was between 300 to 400 and 45 units of insulin was not bringing it into control. At the third month my glucose level began a slight drop of about 50 points. At the end of the fourth month it dropped another 50 points and some tests are now down to 120 to 130 with an average of about 180. I am experiencing a daily progression getting closer to normal glucose levels without any insulin.

Note: see my Health Page for other nutrition changes I have included with this tea to achieve my present lowered glucose levels.

Note that this tea mix and other things I did, did not make a significant change for three months. You cannot expect an immediate change as it takes a long time to undue years of damage to your cells.

If you are diabetic monitor your glucose levels frequently and work with your doctor. Those on insulin are used to monitoring glucose and injecting insulin according to the glucose levels and the same applies throughout this process. Do not stop medication without consulting your medical professional.

Diabetes is assumed by current medical professionals to be an incurable disease. There is an increasing amount of valid medical research indicating that diabetes may not need to be considered incurable.
